How to use it: pencil the names of everyone who will open the card into the grid, across and down, large letters, one letter to a square. Run them so the youngest can find them too. Ink the names over, then fill the empty squares with any letters you like, and write the list on the lines underneath. Eight to ten names is plenty. If you leave one name off the list, say so on the card.
